A unique concept for our unique drops
Together with architects Herzog & de Meuron, we created a sustainable building that not only looks impressive but also serves as an optimal space for storing and processing our precious Alpine herbs. How’s that? Because it’s made from rammed earth – a natural building material that provides the perfect conditions for maintaining the full flavor of our herbs. Come along and discover what makes our Herb Center so special!

How to get there
Start of the tour: Meeting point at 101 Wahlenstrasse, 4242 Laufen
Drive to Laufen and follow the signs towards Wahlen. Just before you leave Laufen, turn left towards the Ricola production building (sign-posted).
You're welcome to park your vehicle in the spaces next to the production building at 101 Wahlenstrasse.
Take the train to Laufen, and then take bus 114 to the “Wahlenstrasse” stop or walk from the railway station to Wahlenstrasse 101 (approx. 15 minutes).
Please note: unfortunately, the tours of our Herb Center are not fully accessible.
